Located on Rua do Propósito, close to Cidade do Samba, in Porto Maravilha, Rio Janeiro, Porto 130 Building plays an important role in the modernization of the historic region of Rio de Janeiro through the Porto Maravilha Urban Operation project.
The development of approximately 9,000 m², is divided into 5 floors with 10 commercial units, common areas and parking. Together with developer Pylos, Libercon coordinated the development of projects in the pre-construction process.
