The project is considered one of the largest logistics condominiums in the state of São Paulo. It has 363,831 m² of Built-up Area, with 11 warehouses of different sizes and the entire structure to support the logistics operation. The LPG Guarulhos also has the construction of a private viaduct that connects the project to both sides of the highway. The construction of this differential was carried out thinking about its users, in order to facilitate access and exit from the condominium. Great gain in logistical efficiency.
