The project has a modular shed and the entire structure to support the logistical operation. The structure has exclusive access and occupancy flexibility. The condominium also received the LEED Silver Certification due to the adoption of strict standards to provide, in the project’s works, the least possible environmental impact, increased energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable systems such as natural ventilation and lighting, reuse of water and choice of standardized materials and products.
The condominium is part of a set of Distribution Parks owned by the investor Hines. These projects are divided into 4 Brazilian states: Amazonas, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Paraná. Distribution Park Embu II follows a strict quality standard and was developed and built to meet the most demanding global parameters in logistics, distribution and sustainability. The project was developed using the design-build system and, therefore, it relied on Libercon for the development of projects and construction.
