Continuing our partnership with Cy. Capital, we delivered Cy. Log GRU – Phase 2 – Sakamundi, a high-standard project that reaffirms our expertise in large-scale logistics construction.
Located in Guarulhos/SP, the project consists of two logistics warehouses (Blocks 100 and 200), totaling 99,586.48 m² of built area. Developed in a speculative format with Triple A standard, the project meets the highest criteria of quality, efficiency and innovation, providing a modern infrastructure that is adaptable to the demands of the logistics sector.
