With the largest logistics area in a single ship, the project is being developed in the BTS (Built to Suit) system. The distribution center will serve both physical store operations and e-commerce. Developed to meet its “push and pull” logistics, the new DC will allow the company to double its capacity.
The constructive method with tilt-up was chosen for the development of this work. The size of the shed challenges the engineering team on the job. The planning team plays a key role in ensuring the greatest efficiency to meet the client’s deadlines.
