Water
conservation

Forecast in project/studies for the implementation of water-saving devices with the purpose of rationalizing the consumption of drinking water.

Assessment of the implementation of a rainwater harvesting project in the development.

Assessment and study of the use of more sustainable construction systems (permeable paving, rain gardens, etc.).

Use systems on construction sites that use less water resources (e.g. taps, etc.).

Provide wheel wash and tap wash systems that reuse water, including all the necessary components in a specific project.

Develop and implement team training to raise awareness about water consumption, considering the various stages and personnel changes.

management

Seek technical solutions to avoid permanent artificial lighting and prioritize natural lighting/ventilation. Prioritize the use of lighting technologies that promote the intelligent use of energy resources (e.g. sensors, timers, etc.).

Prioritize the reuse of equipment already used, avoiding new purchases and ensuring reuse.

For new purchases, give preference to equipment, appliances and lamps with the PROCEL seal, level A, including: lamps & ballasts, three-phase motors, air conditioners, refrigerators, solar collectors and thermal reservoirs.

Promote team training to raise awareness about energy consumption, considering the different stages and personnel changes.

Adopt practices to preserve the ecosystem.

Adopt practices to prevent soil loss due to rainwater runoff or wind erosion, prevent and reduce sediment discharges, avoid pollution by particulate matter, and prevent runoff and infiltration of other pollutants.

Develop team training to raise awareness about biodiversity preservation.

GRAACC is a non-profit institution created to guarantee children and adolescents with cancer, within the most advanced scientific standards, the right to achieve every chance of cure with quality of life. The hospital provides around 3,000 consultations per year. It also works on the development of teaching and research.

Libercon Engenharia is an Investing Partner of GRAACC and helps to combat and overcome childhood cancer.

The Pequeno Príncipe Complex is the largest exclusively pediatric hospital complex in the country and works for the health, rights and lives of children and adolescents. It is a pioneer in areas such as medical care, with 32 medical specialties and areas of activity in medium and high complexity health, hospital humanization, teaching and research.

The Velho Amigo Project is a non-profit association that has been contributing to the better functioning of long-term care facilities since 1999 and directly cares for around 1,300 elderly people. The institution's objective is to promote, through assistance and social development, education, sports, culture and leisure, the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly, as a way of restoring their dignity and self-esteem.

Caça-Fome was born as an emergency campaign in April 2020 to help people at risk or in vulnerable situations through the distribution of food (emergency food baskets) and protective masks against the Coronavirus. The campaign grew, and after just over two months, and 200 tons of food distributed, it became the Caça Fome Institute.

The Food Institute, a non-profit organization, provides direct and indirect social assistance to the community, supporting, promoting, developing and encouraging health, education, sports, art and culture. Through programs and projects in various areas of activity, it promotes social inclusion and improves the quality of life of children, young adolescents and the elderly throughout Brazil.

Responding to legal issues

Promotion of actions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the enterprise. Actions to adjust to the terms of conduct adjustment present in permits, licenses and other documents.
