The Visconde de Pirajá building, located on Ipanema beach, in the southern region of the city of Rio de Janeiro, started its work in 2014. With the architecture of RAF, the project comprises 10 floors and has a Banco Bradesco branch on the ground floor.
The construction of this building required a team with high technical knowledge, high flexibility and meticulous planning. Several challenges had to be overcome in order to guarantee the delivery of the work within the determined deadline. Among them, we can highlight the holding of the World Cup in 2014 and the Olympics in 2016. As it is located practically on the edge of Ipanema beach, the concentration of tourists in the region was intense and resulted in the restriction of the circulation of trucks in the area, in both events. The project’s planning team played a key role in ensuring that the construction did not suffer delays despite its impaired logistics.
