The Itatiaia Multimodal Logistics Complex has, in its entirety, approximately 180,000 m². In its first phase, 48,629m² were built, including the construction of a warehouse and the entire structure to support the logistical operation, such as an entrance, cafeteria, parking and others. The second phase contemplates the construction of 53,993m² made-to-measure for the operations of the French giant in the manufacture of home appliances, the SEB Group. Located in the city of Itatiaia, in the interior of Rio de Janeiro, the project is celebrated by the local population for its modernity, job generation and growth for the entire region.
