The Distribution Park Cisnes Louveira was the company’s second major work and was developed using the design-build system. The project of approximately 91 thousand m², has 1 modular shed and the entire structure to support the logistics operation. Located on the banks of Rodovia Anhanguera, in the city of Louveira, in the interior of São Paulo, the condominium is part of a set of Distribution Parks owned by the investor Hines. There are 15 projects divided into 4 Brazilian states: Amazonas, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Paraná. Distribution Park Cisnes Louveira follows a strict quality standard and was developed and built to meet the most demanding global parameters in logistics and distribution.
